This series is divided into Tunnel Power Booster and Tunnel Power Step-down Device, used in pairs. By stepping up the 400V output voltage from the tunnel portal box-type transformer to 900V, transmitting it via ordinary low-voltage cables to the deep tunnel, and then stepping it down back to 400V/430V for construction equipment.

The Special New Step-up and Step-down Transformer for Tunnel Power Supply works based on the electromagnetic induction principle, adopting a step-up + step-down combined solution:
Front-end Step-up: The 400V output voltage from the tunnel portal box-type transformer is input into the tunnel power booster to be stepped up to 900V. By increasing the voltage, the line current is reduced, thereby decreasing the line voltage drop of long-distance transmission.
Mid-end Transmission: The stepped-up 900V voltage is transmitted via ordinary 0.6/1KV national standard power cables (240/185mm²) to the rear end of the delivery pump of the tunnel secondary lining trolley, effectively ensuring long-distance power supply.
End-end Step-down: At the front end of the power equipment, the 900V high voltage is converted back to 400V/430V through the tunnel power step-down device for normal use by equipment such as delivery pumps and wet-spraying trucks (customized according to actual power consumption).
