Key Features
True continuous double conversion: the load always runs through the rectifier and inverter chain, so a mains dip never appears at the output as a switching gap on a double conversion UPS system.
Output isolation transformer: supply and load are separated galvanically, which blocks transients and gives downstream distribution a clean neutral reference for sensitive instruments and medical equipment.
Full unbalanced load capability: one phase can carry its entire share while the other two carry less, which is normal on boards mixing lighting, motors and IT equipment.
Dual static switches: two independent transfer paths keep the bypass available, so a fault on one path does not remove the backup route.
DSP control with 16-bit high-speed ASIC DDC processing and IGBT/SCR power stages: fast sampling and stable regulation when the incoming supply swings.
ECO mode: when the grid is clean the unit can run at 98% efficiency or above, cutting running losses without taking the inverter out of readiness.

FAQ
Q1. Which capacity in the series fits a mixed industrial load?
Start with the total continuous kVA of everything you intend to protect, then add the largest motor's starting demand rather than averaging it away. Check the power factor of the bigger loads as well, since distribution is rated in kVA while motor nameplates often quote kW. The 100kVA-500kVA three phase double-conversion UPS range is wide enough that one cabinet normally covers a whole plant room without oversizing.
Q2. Can two or more units be paralleled for redundancy?
Yes. The platform is built for N+1 parallel redundancy, so two or more units can share a common bus and any single module can be taken out for service without dropping the load. Because each module is a double conversion UPS system, it regulates independently and the bus shares the load evenly. Plan the paralleling at the design stage so the switchgear and cabling are sized for it from the start.
Q3. What ambient conditions does the cabinet need?
The operating range is 0 °C to 40 °C with 0% to 90% relative humidity, non-condensing. Keep the room inside that band, leave the front and rear of the cabinet clear so the door can hinge open and air can move through the enclosure, and avoid positions where condensation forms on the metalwork during the day-night cycle. A plant room with steady ventilation is the usual home for a cabinet of this size.
Q4. Does ECO mode weaken protection for the load?
No. ECO mode changes how the unit runs when the incoming supply is clean, raising total efficiency to 98% or above and cutting running losses. The inverter stays ready, and if the supply drifts outside tolerance the unit returns to full normal operation. It is a running-cost feature rather than a change in the protection the load receives.
Q5. How does this series differ from the smaller T200 models?
The T200 units take a three-phase supply and deliver a single-phase output at 10 kVA and 80 kVA, which suits smaller medical, CNC and IT loads. This series stays three-phase in and three-phase out and starts at 100 kVA, so it is the better match when the protected load itself is three-phase or when one cabinet has to carry an entire plant room.
Q6. What routine maintenance does the unit need?
Day to day there is very little to do beyond watching the display for alarms and keeping the airflow paths clear. Plan a periodic check of the battery bank, terminal tightness and cooling fans, and log output voltage and charger readings so any drift shows up early. Batteries are the main wear item over the life of the unit, so keep a record of what was fitted and when.
