The SBW-150KVA is a three-phase fully automatic compensated voltage stabilizer designed to provide stable 380V output under input voltage fluctuations of ±15%.
Using servo motor control, compensation transformer technology and microprocessor-based regulation, it provides continuous voltage compensation with ±1%–±5% adjustable accuracy, ≥95% efficiency and pure sine-wave output.

The SBW series combines voltage detection, compensation transformer, servo motor adjustment and microprocessor control in one system.
The controller continuously monitors input voltage and automatically adjusts the compensation voltage when the grid voltage rises or falls. This series compensation design corrects voltage deviations while maintaining a pure sine-wave output and high operating efficiency.

It keeps the output steady while the incoming supply moves within ±15% of nominal, correcting continuously rather than in steps, so connected equipment never sees a sudden change. If your site swings wider than that through a working day, send us the measurements and our engineers will advise on the right specification for your supply.
Yes — CNC machining centres are one of its main uses. Size it against the total running load of the machines you want protected, then add margin for spindle and axis start-up current. We will check your figures against the final load list before the unit is built.
No. Because the correction is made in series through a compensating transformer, the output waveform stays clean and the equipment sees the same sine wave it would on a healthy supply. No switching stage rebuilds the supply, so nothing is added to the line that could disturb drives or instrumentation.
Very little day to day. Keep the airflow path into the cabinet clear, check the cooling fans and clean the filters if your workshop is dusty, and have an electrician look over the terminations during normal plant maintenance. The enclosure is an indoor unit and should stay closed and dry.
Yes. Input and output voltage, regulation range and structure can be customized according to your project requirements, so an unusual supply or an existing switchgear layout does not have to rule the unit out. Share your drawings and site details and we will confirm what is possible.
Response time is not published as a single fixed figure because it depends on the load and on how large the correction is. Ask our engineers for the value for your configuration — they will confirm it against the equipment you are protecting.
