The oil-immersed voltage stabilizer works based on the electromagnetic induction + automatic control principle:

  1. Voltage Sampling: When the input voltage or load changes, the sampling circuit collects the output voltage signal in real-time.
  2. Signal Processing: The computer control center compares and analyzes the sampled signal, determining the direction and magnitude of voltage deviation.
  3. Drive Regulation: The control center issues commands to drive the motor to move the carbon brush of the voltage regulator, changing the turns ratio of the transformer winding, thereby adjusting the output voltage.
  4. Stable Output: Through closed-loop feedback control, the output voltage is stabilized within the set value range.
  5. Protection Function: When abnormal conditions such as overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, phase loss, mechanical failure occur, automatic alarm and protection measures are activated.
